The Bark Mark does not provide these services itself. Professionals listed on our website are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees, agents or representatives of The Bark Mark.
2. Bark Mark Verified
Some professionals on our website will display the Bark Mark Verified badge. This means that, at the time of verification, we have reviewed certain documents and information provided by the professional against the relevant requirements of The Bark Mark Standard. The checks carried out will depend on the type of service they provide and may include insurance, licences, qualifications, certificates and other relevant documentation. Bark Mark Verified does not mean that we guarantee or recommend a professional or guarantee the service they provide. We strongly encourage owners to ask any questions they feel are important before booking.
3. Professional listings
We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date. However, professional businesses may change their prices, services, availability, contact details or other information. Professionals are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to The Bark Mark is accurate and not misleading.

The Bark Mark helps dog owners find and contact independent professionals.
If you contact or book a professional through information found on The Bark Mark, any agreement or contract for the service is between you and the professional, not The Bark Mark. The professional is responsible for their own services, pricing, bookings, cancellations, insurance, qualifications and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Bark Mark is not responsible for the care of your dog or for disputes between owners and professionals.
5. Reviews and content
Reviews and other content submitted by users represent the views of the person who submitted them and do not necessarily represent the views of The Bark Mark.
Reviews should be genuine and must not be deliberately false, misleading, abusive, threatening, unlawful or intended to unfairly harm another person or business. We may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or our website standards.
